Famine Monument bottom of Croagh Patrick
Pave' eating an ice cream cone at the Famine Monument
All this and more can be yours with a midnight pilgrimage, barefoot and raining while ascending Croagh Patrick
the start of the 2 - 3 hour trek, one, way, if you re in good shape, see the people at the top of the hill, just behind the small knowle they are almost there
Pave' And St Patrick. This is where he drove the snakes out of Ireland. I think he just chased them up the Croagh (mountain) and then ate them because there is not a thing up there.
